PACKAGING

 

Posters, prints and lithographs are carefully rolled into a sheet of silk tissue paper and packed within solid cardboard tubes.

Depending on the nature of the shipment, artworks may also be rolled and protected by a PVC tube or laid flat and protected by superimposed layers of polystyrene and cardboard.

TRANSPORT

 

The choice of the carrier is at the discretion of Arteland according to the destination of delivery, except in case of express request at the time of the purchase.

If you wish to use your own carrier, please select "shipping not included" when you follow the order procedure.

In some cases, packaging costs may remain due in the case of items requiring specific packaging (sculptures, design objects, etc.)

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES FOR METROPOLITAN FRANCE AND ABROAD

 

Artworks are sent once payment has been made.

 

Metropolitan France: 2 to 7 working days

Europe: 4 to 10 working days

Europe (outside EU): 4 to 10 working days

North America: 4 to 15 working days

South America: 4 to 15 working days

Asia: 4 to 21 working days

 

NB: Artworks can be framed by us at the request of the customer. In this case, shipping and delivery may take longer. You can contact us at contact@arteland.fr or at +33 (0)1.40.18.03.70 at the time of purchase and define with us the choice of framing and the appropriate shipping methods.

The cost of transporting and packaging is borne by the customer.

Europe (outside EU): 45 €

North America: 80 €

South America: 80 €

TRACKING

 

A tracking number is sent to you once the order has been shipped.

In case of late delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can contact the carrier.

RETURN POLICY IN CASE OF DAMAGED PARCELS

 

If the item arrives damaged, you can refuse the package upon receipt. It will be automatically returned to us without extra charge. If you accept the package, it is essential to note the damage to the carrier and to report the incident within 24 hours after receipt.


For any request for refund or replacement of order, please follow the procedure:

- take a photo of the damaged article and packaging.

- send us the photos and the tracking number of your package to the email address contact@arteland.fr.

 

We may be able to exchange an artwork with an identical one.

If the exchange is not possible, we will ask you to provide the necessary information for the refund.

Thank you then to send the article in a new packaging within 48 hours after validation by us, to the following address:

Your request will be processed quickly after receiving your shipment.

The refund (excluding postage) will take place no later than 30 days after receipt of the parcel.

In the case of a standard exchange, the fees of reshipment will be at our expense.
