Does the image on your website accurately represent what I will be sent?


We do our best to ensure that the colors on the picture respect the original colors of the artkwork. However, in some cases, you may observe slight differences.

 

The photographs of artworks presented on the website remain the same for all the available artworks of a same edition. Therefore, you might receive an artwork with a number different from the one on the picture.

ORDERING

 

 

How do I place an order ?


 

You just need to place the item you want to oder in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button below the item description. 

When you are ready to complete your order, please open your cart and click on "Place your order".

What payment options do you accept?


We accept payments on our secured platform by the following procedure indicated during your purchase on the website, but also by checks, bank transfers and via Paypal. We also accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Visa Electron, Carte Blue, Mastercard and American Express.

 

 

Why is VAT not charged ?


The article 297 B of the CGI provides that taxable dealer can ask for applying the margin scheme for supplies of artwork, collection objects and antiquities that they have themselves imported or which have been subject of an intra-Community acquisition or for artwork supplies which have been delivered by an artist or his or her right-holders or a taxable person.

According to this system, Arteland pays off the VAT. The VAT is not deductible.

 

 

Can I cancel my order?


We can't cancel an order which has already been shipped.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, you'll have to contact us by phone at 01.40.18.03.70 or by email at the following email adress: contact@arteland.fr.


You have a right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days, from the date of delivery of the artwork.

If you decide to withdraw, please return the parcel to the following address:

Your request will be processed quickly after receiving your shipment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

 

What type of packaging do you use?

 

Posters, etchings and lithographs are rolled with silk paper before being packaged in lined and resistant triangular cardborad shipping containers. According to the type of shipment, the artwork can also be rolled and protected with a PVC pipe or flattened and protected with superimposed layers of polystirene and cardboard.

 

 

How much will shipping cost?


The shipping cost depends on the weight, the value of your order and the distance covered.

 

Metropolitan France: 25 €

Europe: 35 €

Europe (non-UE countries): 45 €

North American: 80 €

South America: 80 €

Asia: 80 €

 

(Fees applicable to the shipping cost for an order of a value equal to 1500€ or above. For framed artworks or for futher information, please contact us.)

 

 

Is my package insured ?


All artworks are insured for full value for shipping. The insurance is included in the shipping cost.

 

 

When will my artwork arrive?

 

Metropolitan France: 2 to 7 working days

Europe: 4 to 10 working days

Europe (non-UE countries): 4 to 10 working days

North America: 4 to 15 working days

South America: 4 to 15 working days

Asia: 4 to 21 working days

 

 

How do I track my order?


We usually process shipment within 40 hours. As soon as your artwork ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. In case of delivery delay, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can contact the carrier.

 

 

With which carrier are the orders shipped ?

 

The choice of the carrier is at the discretion of Arteland according to the destination of delivery, except in case of special request by the customer at the time of the purchase. If you wish to use your own carrier, please select "shipping not included" when you follow the order procedure.

In this case, packaging costs may be added in the case of objects requiring specific packaging (sculptures, design objects ...)

 

 

Can I pick up my purchased artwork in Arteland's shop ?

 

If you do not wish your order to be shipped, please select "no shipping cost, pick up in Arteland's shop" when you are orderring.
You can come and take the item within within 15 days after your purchase to the following address:

Can I cancel my order after reception ?

What if the package arrives damaged ?


If the item arrives damaged, you can refuse the package at the receipt. The parcel will be automatically returned to us at no extra charge.

 

If you accept the package, it is compulsory to assess the damages with the carrier and to report us the incidenr within 24 hours after receipt.

 

For any request for refund or substitution of order, please follow the following procedure:

- Take a photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in.

- Attach your photos to an email and send them to contact@arteland.fr. Please include your tracking number and whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.

 

Returns are not available for some items and we will not be able to exchange a plate by an identical one.

If the return is not available, we will ask you to provide the necessary information for a refund.

 

Please return the idem in a new packaging within 48 hours after our validationn for replacement or refund, to the following adress:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

 

Does the price include the custom duties ?


Customs duties for countries outside the European Union are not included in the prices displayed on the Arteland site.
Additional charges may apply at the time of customs clearance. These costs are at the expense of the buyer.
Please note that the packages delivered may be opened and inspected at the customs clearance.
